Wholesalers Process Industry Vacancy Lead ERP Implementation Consultant Have you led multiple ERP implementations from start to finish? As a Lead ERP Implementation Consultant at , you’ll take the lead on complex projects within manufacturing and trading organizations. You’ll stay on track when things get complicated and, of course, keep your colleagues in the loop. Apply directly What will you be doing as a Lead Implementation Consultant? As a Lead Implementation Consultant at Business Solutions, you’ll be responsible for the entire implementation process : from process analysis and scope definition to system configuration, go-live, and post-implementation support. You’ll work with SMB+ organizations in the wholesale, process manufacturing, and service & maintenance sectors. These are companies where production, planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, sales, and finance are closely intertwined. You carefully map out these processes and translate them into a smart, future-proof design for the ERP system. In doing so, you’ll look beyond the client’s initial request: you’ll identify areas for improvement and recommend more efficient ways of working. Where others see a complex problem, you’ll dive in and work through it until it makes sense. On a project, you’ll serve as the technical point of contact for key users, management, and executive leadership. You’ll organize workshops and ensure that everyone knows what’s expected of them. Configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live are all managed by you, as are the monitoring of the schedule, scope, quality, and risks. If a project comes under pressure, you’ll keep it on track. In addition, you’ll mentor the junior and mid-level consultants. You’ll share your knowledge, contribute ideas when tackling challenging issues, and work with them to ensure the quality of the project. So you’re not a manager working from a distance, but a hands-on team leader who’s actively involved in the analysis and design. If you enjoy it, you’ll also get involved early in the sales process with demonstrations and project proposals. And the implementation methodology itself? You’ll work with the team to improve it step by step. Once you start, you’ll become fully proficient in SAP Business One and ‘ solutions. Experience with this ERP package is not required. Your experience with ERP implementations in general, your process knowledge, and your ability to quickly grasp new software are more important. What do we have to offer you?

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking , preferably in a business administration, logistics, technical, or IT-related field
• You have at least five years of experience as an ERP, implementation, or business consultant
• You have a proven track record of independently overseeing full ERP implementations, including monitoring the schedule, scope, quality, and risks
• You have in-depth knowledge of the processes within retail, manufacturing, and/or process-oriented organizations
• You have experience mentoring or providing substantive guidance to junior and mid-level consultants
• You are a pleasant conversational partner for both key users and management and executive leadership
• You are analytical, customer-focused , and decisive
• You’ll quickly get the hang of your new software
• You have a good command of Dutch and English
• You must be available for at least 36 hours per week
