IT Analyst CRM & Power Platform

Microsoft 365 Sales (CRM)

• Ensure the proper functioning and ongoing evolution of the system.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Resolve incidents and optimize business processes.

Power Platform

• Develop solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Work with Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, and security).
• Participate in end-to-end projects.

Azure & Integrations

• Develop and maintain Azure Functions.
• Implement integrations through APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Monitor and optimize cloud-based solutions.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the IT Lead, business areas (sales, operations, etc.), and external vendors.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of solutions.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, * Over 2 years of experience in Azure / cloud development.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 / CRM, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations and APIs.
• Advanced level of English (international environment).
• Experience with Dataverse will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of .NET / C# will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with ALM, security, and governance within the Power Platform will be a plus.

We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by incorporating an IT Analyst - CRM & Power Platform, who will play a key role in the support, evolution, and development of the Microsoft 365 Sales (Dynamics 365) platform, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and system integrations. The position is based at Noatum Logistics’ offices in Coslada (Madrid).
