Job description

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes
Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology
Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control
Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
Support pre-sales and business development activities

Requirements

Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM)
Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)
Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
