It is responsible for implementing complex, large, standardized infrastructure solutions in Deutsche Telekom AG’s technical divisions. They are responsible for the migration of large infrastructure landscapes.

• You manage and coordinate overarching complex, strategically oriented infrastructure projects, including in an international environment, and ensure that implementation is implemented on time and in good quality
• You develop concepts/measures for continuous optimization of all technical processes and interfaces and initiate infrastructure optimizations to reduce operating costs
• You create guidelines and guidelines for service providers and users/administrators
• You monitor service quality based on agreed SLAs and KPIs and initiate improvement measures
• You provide technical advice at management level regarding infrastructural concepts and architectures and are specialist contacts within the team and with interface partners

You have a degree or comparable vocational training with an appropriate subject or subject-specific additional education or several years of professional experience in the area of network operations.
