Job description

IT-Projekte planen und durchführen

  • Pflege und Bedienung der firmenspezifischen IT-Systeme
  • Wartung von Druck- und Telekommunikationssystemen
  • Netzwerkadministration
  • Wartung der installierten Hard- und Software im Windows Umfeld
  • Betreuung von Netzwerken, Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Kontrolle und Pflege des internen Netzwerk- und Serverüberwachungssysteme wie Nagios und CheckMK
  • Administration von Windows Servern
  • First Level Support
  • Client Support

Requirements

Ausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann/-frau, Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zielorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM erwünscht
