Job description

In dieser Rolle analysierst und behebst du Störungsmeldungen, nimmst Konfigurationsänderungen vor und gibst Optimierungsvorschläge in Abstimmung mit den Kunden. Cloud- und Netzwerkkenntnisse sind von Vorteil für deine Tätigkeit., * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Behebung von Störungsmeldungen.

  • Durchführung von Änderungen an Konfigurationen.
  • Empfehlungen von Verbesserungen in Absprache mit den Kunden.

Requirements

  • IT-Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil., * Kenntnisse im Netzwerk-Bereich von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse mit Cloud-Produkten von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse mit Virtualisierung von Vorteil.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft im Team und mit den Kunden.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.

Erfahrung

  • Erfahrung mit Linux Betriebssystemen von Vorteil.
