AI Engineer

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI solutions , AI agents , and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering scalable and robust AI solutions
• Conducting research and evaluation of emerging AI models , agentic frameworks , and development kits
• Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor AI-driven solutions accordingly

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry
• Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale , with expertise in using agentic frameworks , vector databases , grounding , and other relevant concepts
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g. LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno)
• Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies , models , and frameworks
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready-to-use AI services , AutoML approaches , and custom model development
• Strong and assertive communication skills
• Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems

Beneficial Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g., Vertex AI , Gemini Models , Vector Search )
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith), writing integration tests , and establishing robust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for MLOps/AIOps
• A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications
