• Ansible, * In your role, you will ensure the high availability, stability, and security of enterprise Linux systems supporting mission-critical production environments.
• You will operate, maintain, and optimize Linux platforms, taking responsibility for OS and kernel patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation of operational processes.
• Working in close collaboration with global IT and infrastructure teams, you will contribute to reliable system operations, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of enterprise computing environments.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Perform OS and kernel patching across production and non-production systems with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex Linux issues, including boot failures, initramfs issues, filesystem corruption, OOM events, and performance degradation.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of CPU, memory, disk I/O, and networking issues.
• Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation, health checks, and validations.
• Collaborate closely with application, storage, and network teams.

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering., * Deep understanding of Linux internals, including the boot process, systemd, services, and process management.
• Strong knowledge of memory management, OOM behavior, swap, and caching mechanisms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Linux issues under time-critical conditions.
• Strong shell scripting skills (Bash) for automation and operational tasks.
• Exposure to virtualization and container technologies such as VMware vSphere or Kubernetes is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with automation or monitoring tools (e.g., Ansible, CheckMK) is an advantage.

Erfahrung

• Proven experience in Linux system administration within enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with OS and kernel patching in production and mission-critical systems.
