Job description

You coordinate the integration of wireless technologies into the overall product platform, ensuring seamless interaction between all system components.
You ensure interoperability between hardware, firmware, and software throughout the development lifecycle.
You act as a technical focal point, facilitating collaboration between RF, Software, Hardware, and Product teams.
You drive the resolution of complex technical issues and support root cause analysis across engineering disciplines.
You support system qualification, validation, and release readiness activities to ensure product quality and reliability.
You maintain and enhance system-level documentation, including architecture, interfaces, and integration concepts.
You contribute to system integration, test automation, and CI/CD processes to improve development efficiency and product stability.
You identify technical risks early and support mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline, * Proven expertise in software integration, system engineering, and end-to-end system validation
Good understanding of mobile communication technologies, networking concepts, and Linux-based environments
Familiarity with test automation frameworks, CI/CD processes, and modern software development practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex cross-functional technical challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills in international development teams; fluent English required, German is a plus, * Experience with complex embedded, distributed, and communication-driven systems in a system integration or engineering role
Experience with Kotlin and C++ as well as system-level debugging and troubleshooting methodologies
