Job description

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk).
  • Administration der Telefonanlage, Zutrittskontrolle und Videoüberwachung.
  • Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Störungen (Second-Level-Support).
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und Konzeptentwicklung.
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, AD, Exchange, M365.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. HTL, Fachschule, Lehre)., * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufgabenbereich.
  • Know-how im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, Server, M365) und Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit.
