The role focuses on collaboration, messaging, identity, security, governance, and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, collaboration, and messaging issues.Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle management.Implement and maintain security, compliance, retention, and information protection solutions.Administer Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.Manage Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, messaging security, and hybrid
