Its team develops financial systems, including a distributed real-time P&L and risk analytics platform for Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks worldwide.ЗадачиDevelop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture;Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics;Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers;Drive Agile best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and automation;Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC;Take ownership of features and proactively propose improvements;Troubleshoot issues and help unblock cross-team dependencies.ТребованияStrong expertise in C# / .NET development;Experience with Redis Cluster;Solid understanding of TDD and automated testing;Experience with CI/CD pipelines;Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;Passion for automation, simplicity, and continuous improvement;Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals and design patterns;Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset;Nice to have: experience with distributed systems, streaming, and messaging such as Rx .NET;Nice to have: knowledge of performance and memory profiling;Nice to have: experience optimising systems for speed and efficiency;Nice to have: familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and practices;Nice to have: end-to-end experience across the full software development lifecycle.УсловияHybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
