Job description

Utilize AI technologies to speed up feature development; create prototypes and proposals for solution migrations.
Develop, improve, and maintain backend systems using Go and Java within a Kubernetes environment.
Design APIs, event-driven architectures, and event schemas.
Work with event streaming and event sourcing (Apache Pulsar).
Implement microservices and Functions as a Service (FaaS).
Automate integration, testing, and deployment processes using declarative GitOps (ArgoCD).
Collaborate in requirements analysis; support Product Owners by clarifying system capabilities and constraints.
Operate within an international agile team alongside business analysts, frontend developers, testers, and DevOps.

Requirements

Adaptability and strong interest to integrate AI with various projects.
Ability to present prototypes or concepts to senior management.
Pro-active, creative attitude and team orientation.
Excellent communication skill.
Structured working approach and problem solving skills.
Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus., * Several years of experience in software development.
