Job description

  • Betreuung und Support unserer Kunden im Innen- und Außendienst.
  • Installation und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen (PCs, Server, Netzw., Drucker).
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Clients, Firewalls und BackuplĂśsungen.
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung vor Ort oder remote.
  • Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule o. Ä.)., * Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client- und Server-Systemen.
  • Selbstständige und lĂśsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B.
  • Teamgeist und Freude am Kundenkontakt.

Erfahrung

  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien (LAN/WLAN, Router, Switches, Firewalls).
