Cloud Engineer II

3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, architecture, or a related field

Experience designing and supporting web application environments in AWS

Experience with Linux administration and cloud-based infrastructure

Hands-on experience with Chef, Ansible, Puppet, or similar automation tools

Programming experience with Java, C++, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or a similar language

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent experience

Desired Skills & Experience Experience developing enterprise architecture standards and governance processes

Experience integrating platforms, operating systems, and applications across an organization

Knowledge of cloud application performance optimization

Experience evaluating infrastructure options, risks, costs, benefits, and business impact

Familiarity with software and hardware build standards

Experience working with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and technical support teams
