Technology Business Manager

We are seeking a Technology Business Manager / Business Management Analyst to join our team supporting the Business Manager function within Global Markets Technology. The role focuses on headcount, resource, and vendor management, as well as operational risk tracking, audit progress, application status tracking, and organizational best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in resource management, vendor management, financial forecasting, and executive reporting, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and deliver accurate metrics and insights to leadership., * Partner with business management, governance, finance, and operational risk teams to align on processes and reporting.

• Manage headcount plans, resource allocations, on-boarding, off-boarding, and reconciliation with central reports.
• Oversee vendor management including A/P workflows, invoice processing, run-rate tracking, and SOW forecasting.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop forecasts for resources and budgets and ensure tool alignment across programs.
• Capture and publish organizational metrics for executive reviews, including financial forecast vs. actual and headcount ratios.
• Support quarterly business reviews covering hiring status, financials, and resource plans.
• Coordinate operational risk and compliance activities, including mandatory training tracking.
• Deliver ad-hoc support for executive meetings, business presentations, and corporate communications.

• Proven experience in resource management, headcount planning, and forecasting.
• Hands-on vendor management and procurement experience, including invoices and SOWs.
• Strong capability to create, analyze, and present metrics and executive reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate SharePoint skills for workflow, portals, and repositories.
• Superior business acumen with clear verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, delivery focused, organized, with strong time management.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
