Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM/EDMCS) and Oracle EPM implementations.

The ideal candidate will be more functional than technical, with a strong background in EPM business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement., * Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, with a strong focus on functional requirements and solution design.

Design, configure, and support Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM/EDMCS) solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective EPM/EDM solutions.
Define and maintain enterprise dimensions, hierarchies, nodes, properties, mappings, and relationships within EDM.
Configure EDM applications, viewpoints, node types, properties, validations, workflows, and approvals.
Design and implement data governance and master-data management processes using EDM.
Work with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and other business stakeholders to understand organizational structures and master-data requirements.
Support integrations between EDM and other Oracle EPM applications such as Planning, FCCS, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, and Essbase.
Develop and execute functional test scenarios, SIT/UAT plans, and defect resolution.
Lead data reconciliation, validation, migration, and hierarchy-management activities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user documentation.
Provide functional guidance and mentor junior EPM consultants.
Work closely with technical teams on integrations and data interfaces while maintaining a primarily functional role.

Requirements

8+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
Strong hands-on Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM/EDMCS) experience - MUST HAVE.
Strong Oracle EPM implementation experience.
Strong functional experience with Oracle EPM applications.
Experience with EDM dimensions, hierarchies, viewpoints, node types, properties, validations, workflows, and approvals.
Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial master data, chart of accounts, entities, cost centers, products, and organizational hierarchies.
Experience with EPM testing, UAT, data validation, reconciliation, and production support.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional EPM/EDM solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills., * Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience.
Experience with Planning, FCCS, Essbase, Account Reconciliation, or Tax Reporting.
Experience integrating EDM with other Oracle EPM applications.
Experience with EPM Data Integration / Data Management.
Experience in Finance/FP&A transformation projects.
Oracle EPM/EDM certification is a plus
