Senior Backend Software Developer

We now have the opportunity for a Senior Backend Software Developer to join our Technology Department., * Act as a technical referent for the team. Coach and guide tech leads on architectural and technical decisions.

• Align team-level technical decisions with the platform strategy defined by the Platform Technical Lead.
• Translate platform technical strategy into actionable standards, guidelines, and priorities for the team, and ensure coherence across platforms and processes.
• Ensure technical quality, reliability, and sustainability of solutions delivered by the team.

Do you have experience in Software development?, * +7 years of provable experience in IT.

• High level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher).
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven/messaging architectures.
• Practical experience deploying and operating systems on Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API REST, and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Strong grasp of system performance, scalability, and reliability concepts.
