ORACLE Technical Functional BA

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM OTC & Logistics Functional Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management business functions, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC), Logistics, and production support., Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Modules

• Order Management (OM)
• Inventory Management
• Shipping
• Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Pricing

Integration & Technical Knowledge

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• REST/SOAP APIs.
• EDI integrations, including 850, 855, 856, 810, 214, and 210.
• BI Publisher and OTBI.
• SQL and ESS Jobs.
• Operational reporting for OTC and Logistics functions.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, implementation, or transformation projects.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, Transportation, or Logistics industries.
• Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, or Oracle EBS Supply Chain certifications.
• Experience supporting onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing, and release management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Business & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly/monthly Supply Chain meetings.
• Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Incident & Production Support

• Manage all activities within the Supply Chain track, including prioritization of incidents and enhancements.
• Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets, incidents, and problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Manage and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
• Escalate unresolved SRs to the Delivery Manager when necessary.

Enhancements & Business Requirements

• Coordinate with business users to prioritize new enhancements.
• Collect business requirements and collaborate with functional analysts on solution design.
• Support effort estimation, development coordination, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle Cloud releases.

Service Delivery & Release Management

• Manage service levels for the Supply Chain track.
• Communicate risks related to SLA breaches to business stakeholders.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to manage incidents, enhancements, business requirements, and ongoing Oracle Fusion SCM operations. Candidates with 5+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience and relevant Oracle Fusion SCM exposure will be considered. Preferred Experience & Qualifications Core Experience

• 6+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics processes.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion SCM production environments.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement delivery.
