Hiring: LOB Quality Architect at Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced LOB Quality Architect to define and drive quality engineering strategies across enterprise applications in Home Loans/Collections /Auto Loans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QA architecture, test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and enterprise application testing., * Define and implement quality engineering and testing strategies across LOB applications.

• Design and establish scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive quality throughout the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
• Partner with development, architecture, product, and business teams to improve overall application quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex application and production issues.

• Strong experience as a QA Architect, Quality Architect, Test Architect, or Senior Quality Engineer.
• Strong experience with test automation, API testing, UI testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, and cloud environments.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong SQL and database testing experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
