The (USA) Director, Insights Consulting leads the development and delivery of complex consulting projects that support multiple business areas. This role provides strategic guidance by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, offering actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The director collaborates across functions to design research methodologies, oversee data analysis, and ensure impactful insights that drive informed business decisions. Additionally, this position builds and mentors a high-performing team, fosters strong partnerships, and champions continuous improvement to advance organizational goals through data-driven strategies and consultative expertise.

About the team

The Insights Consulting team delivers analytically driven insights to guide enterprise and marketing strategies, enhancing customer engagement and business outcomes. This team leads complex consulting projects, collaborating with senior leadership to align research and data analysis with business goals. By leveraging advanced analytics and qualitative research, the team provides actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions. Members contribute to developing innovative approaches for data management and measurement, fostering continuous improvement. The team also supports talent growth through coaching and mentorship, ensuring high performance and effective partnership across business functions to drive measurable improvements and sustained success.

What you’ll do…

• Lead the development and delivery of complex consulting projects supporting multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide expert consulting to senior leadership, articulating customer needs and influencing business strategies.
• Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consultative solutions and ensure alignment on research and data strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering professional growth through coaching and development.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize project outcomes and quality standards.

• Extensive experience leading complex consulting projects with a focus on business strategy and customer insights.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong expertise in advanced analytics, qualitative research, and data visualization to support actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in change management and driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.

Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years’ experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years’ experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years’ experience in an analytics or related field.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
