Job description

1. Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
2. Design and implement integrations with other platforms using Integration Hub.
3. Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
4. Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
5. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
6. Utilize ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities to improve process efficiency.
7. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
8. Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
