Senior Test Engineer (Hybrid) Infinni Gijón, Asturias, gijón (comarca); principado de asturias,SpainDescripción del trabajoWe’re already the leading CRM in our category, with thousands of creators and creator businesses running their operations on our platform.Now we’re building the next layer of products, AI-powered tools, big-data and infrastructure purpose-built for creators.We’re a global team of 180+ builders at the rare inflection point where a category leader becomes a category-defining platform.We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team, focusing on the quality assurance of our international CRM system.As a key member of the testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high reliability, security, performance, and usability of the CRM system, which supports global business operations.Cross-Team & Cross-Region Collaboration : Work closely with product, development and local business teams to align test activities with project milestones, resolve cross-functional and cross-region issues, and ensure the CRM system meets the needs of different markets.Test Planning & Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases covering functional, automation, performance, security, and usability testing, to validate the business needs of the CRM system, including customer data management, GDPR data privacy compliance, cross-platform business processes, and multi-language adaptation.Defect & Quality Assurance : Follow and optimize defect management processes, track issue resolution throughout the entire lifecycle, ensure test results meet quality standards, and regularly report test progress, quality metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.Automation Testing : Design and build robust automation test frameworks for the CRM system, design and implement automated tests, improve test efficiency, and reduce manual effort.Continuously optimize test processes and methodologies, introduce innovative testing tools and best practices to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and the overall quality of the CRM system.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Collaborate with product and development teams to conduct requirement reviews, write clear and standardized test documents (test plans, test cases, test reports, etc.), and share testing knowledge within the team to improve overall team capability.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of software testing experience, with a track record of independently implemented medium-sized automation frameworks/tools.Proficient in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.G., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright); Java, Python, JavaScript).Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, relational databases (e.G., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.Strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, fast learning ability, and the ability to work independently in a complex global environment.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to facilitate cross-region communication is highly preferred.Prior experience in CRM system testing in the social media industry is preferred.Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills.Bonus Beckham Law tax rate if you are moving to Spain for the first time.Remote work and yearly company offsite: We offer flexible working hours and location options (work remotely within the Canary Islands, or from our two offices in Tenerife).#J-*****-Ljbffr
