Scientific Applications Specialist - Eurofins

OverviewIn this role you will support the rollout and ongoing use of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS across Eurofins’ Consumer Product Testing labs and business units to enable scalable growth.You will work closely with the CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS ecosystem to align tools with business needs, manage data quality, and support cross-lab enablement.The position offers exposure to marketing, sales, production and business development projects in a rapidly expanding division.You will contribute to data-driven processes and tool customization that improve service offers and cross-selling opportunities.This role combines scientific background with business acumen in a dynamic, multinational setting.ResponsabilidadesSupport implementation of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS in labs or units not using themManage CRM and ComLIMS databases across the DivisionContribute to tasks and projects related to marketing, sales, production and business developmentCustomize/configure CRM to business requirements (concepts, fields, rules, templates, language settings)Promote and reinforce tool usage across the DivisionProvide user access and rights support for CRMSupport CRM training materials and user assistanceAssist data quality and integrity (ownership rules, duplicates avoidance)Maintain pricing in the ERP with production teamsEnsure complete service offer is in the ERPAssist customization of extractable data from ComLIMS for sales catalogsMaintain links between ComLIMS, CRM and LIMS, DMS and minor toolsSupport tool maintenance and troubleshootingRequisitos principalesDegree in Biochemistry or other scientific background with strong business experienceAdvanced MS Office skills, especially ExcelExperience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)Fluent English; Mandarin appreciatedAbility to travel internationallyAgile and structured mindset; teamwork orientedGood communication and the ability to defend your position with sound argumentsteamwork orientationstrong communicationanalytical mindsetMS Office (Excel)CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)ComLIMS
