Software Test Engineer

TCS is searching for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our strong team of Engineers supporting our Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) customer in Huntsville, AL. The GMD program is a portion of the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) system to protect the US and our allies from ballistic missile attacks. The selected candidate will use modern tools to further the development and sustainment of the GMD system.

• BS Degree with 9 years of experience. Less experience required with advanced degrees.
• Design, develop, implement, and execute test plans, integration plans, and procedures to complete system-level integration and software testing.
• Ability to understand and interpret requirements and test guidance to complete system-level integration testing.
• Experience parsing test data.
• Experience developing testing criteria to successfully satisfy requirements.
• Experience in C++ development
• Strong background using Python
• Experience using Eggplant or other automated test tools.
• Experience with Gitlab or Bitbucket
• Elasticsearch

• Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• GMD or MDA experience.
