Staff Software Engineer

Staff Software Engineer - US Payroll Core HR, We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with functional knowledge in SAP HCM/Core HR to support payroll operations. This role focuses on personnel administration, organizational data, and payroll-relevant master data. The ideal candidate will understand how Core HR changes impact payroll and will be involved in data validation and conversion.

• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM or Workday Core HR supporting Payroll.
• Experience with personnel administration, organizational data, and payroll-relevant master data.
• Understanding of actions, infotypes, effective dating, and employee lifecycle events.
• Knowledge of integration with upstream HR systems.
• Experience with data validation, conversion, and ensuring payroll readiness.
