Principal Solutions Architect

Role OverviewLead the architectural evolution of a complex airline and loyalty platform ecosystem undergoing major transformation.The role requires a hands?on, delivery-focused architect who can balance long?term architectural vision with practical implementation in a fast-changing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve end-to-end architecture across digital platforms, services, and integrations.Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions for airline, loyalty, and customer-facing systems.Support modernization initiatives while enabling coexistence between legacy and new platforms.Establish API, integration, and service design standards across teams.Lead architectural decisions for large-scale transformation and migration programs.Collaborate with engineering, product, delivery, and business stakeholders to align priorities and dependencies.Promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, and DevOps.Ensure security, compliance, operational resilience, and maintainability are built into solutions.Mentor engineers and technical leaders, maintaining clear architectural documentation and roadmaps.Required Experience8+ years in Solutions, Software, or Platform Architecture within complex enterprise environments.Strong experience with distributed systems, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.Experience in airline, travel, loyalty, or customer-facing digital platforms.Proven ability to work in transformation programs with evolving requirements and high ambiguity.Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Technical SkillsAWS or GCPMicroservices architectureAPI-first designEvent-driven systemsDistributed systemsInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesObservability and monitoring platformsSecure platform and API designFamiliarity with Java, Python, or TypeScriptNice to HaveExperience with large-scale integration and modernization programs.AWS or GCP certifications.Some of the benefits you’ll enjoy working with us:The chance to join an organisation with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.The opportunity to form part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.A highly competitive compensation package.Medical insurance.Come and join our #ParserCommunity.Follow us on Linkedin.
