Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.

• Extensive experience in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.
• Proven ability to provide production support for PolicyCenter applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Capable of analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
• Preferred: Insurance industry experience, especially in Personal Property and Commercial Property lines.
• Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale insurance applications in complex, integrated environments.
• Preferred: Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
