Job description

• Develop weekly and monthly business performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes.
• Develop automated reporting and data processes using Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Work with data from multiple databases and data sources.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support process improvement and performance measurement initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant business/data analytics experience.
• Advanced Power BI experience.
• Advanced Power Query / Power Pivot experience.
• Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong experience creating metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with multiple data sources/databases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
