Application Programmer III

This position is responsible for providing DevOps and Application Operations support across critical enterprise platforms. The role will partner closely with development, infrastructure, and engineering teams to enable reliable software delivery through CI/CD automation, cloud and container platform support, and operational excellence practices., o Manage and enhance build, deployment, and release processes. o Support development, test, pre-production, and production environments. o Troubleshoot complex application and platform issues. o Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability. o Work with technologies including: # Jenkins # Bitbucket # JFrog Artifactory # Ansible Tower # XLR # OpenShift / Kubernetes # AWS # HashiCorp Vault o Ensure compliance with enterprise security and risk-management standards. o Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to support reliable application delivery., o DevOps o CI/CD tools o Jenkins o Bitbucket o JFrog Artifactory o Java/J2EE o OpenShift o Kubernetes o AWS o Ansible o Ansible Tower

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, o 7+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related technology role. o Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including: # Jenkins # Bitbucket # JFrog Artifactory # XLR / release orchestration platforms o Experience supporting Java/J2EE applications and modern application frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments. o Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, including: # OpenShift # Kubernetes o Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related infrastructure services. o Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible Tower. o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex production issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers. o Experience supporting mission-critical applications in highly regulated environments, with a focus on stability, security, and operational excellence. o Familiarity with: # Software supply chain security # Vulnerability remediation # Certificate management # Secrets management # HashiCorp Vault o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to effectively collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications o Experience supporting financial services applications and platforms. o Knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native architectures. o Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as: # Splunk # Dynatrace # AppDynamics # Similar monitoring tools o Exposure to AI-driven operational automation and process optimization initiatives.

o Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
