Senior Data Scientist - Growth & Business Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us turn company data into actionable insights that improve SaaS growth, revenue, customer retention, and internal operations.

The role will work closely with the Data Engineer and with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams., * Analyze customer, product, sales, marketing, and operational data.

• Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and business trends.
• Analyze the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and expansion.
• Improve Sales and Marketing performance through data-driven insights.
• Analyze funnels, conversion rates, churn, retention, customer behavior, and revenue trends.
• Build predictive models for areas such as churn, lead scoring, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
• Support A/B testing and business experiments.
• Analyze internal team operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Help departments define and track meaningful KPIs.
• Present clear findings and recommendations to management and business teams.
• Work with the Data Engineer to ensure the right data is available, structured, and reliable for analysis.

• Strong SQL
• Strong Python
• Good knowledge of statistics and machine learning
• Experience with data analysis and predictive modeling
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong understanding of business metrics and analytical thinking
• Experience with SaaS, subscription, product, growth, or digital businesses is highly preferred, * 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently with multiple departments.
