Job description

We are seeking an experienced IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM IIB, API development, and message-based integrations using MQ, SOAP, REST, and other middleware technologies., * Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

Design message flows, message models, and transformation logic using ESQL, Java, and XSLT.
Work with WebSphere MQ, HTTP, SOAP, and RESTful services to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
Develop and optimize message flows, sub-flows, and reusable components.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of integration applications.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and application teams to define integration requirements.
Implement security standards, logging, and exception handling in message flows.
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
Support production deployments and resolve integration-related issues.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) development.
Strong knowledge of ESQL, Java, and XML/XSLT.
Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ, HTTP, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
Familiarity with JSON, XSD, WSDL, and other message formats.
Experience in error handling, debugging, and performance optimization of message flows.
Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and writing SQL queries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
