As a Firmware Engineer_Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing their needs and developing strategic solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing product development and manufacturing processes, working closely with clients to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies that improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Your role will involve providing guidance on lean manufacturing principles and leveraging digital technologies to streamline operations., Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and drive business performance

• Collaborating with clients to streamline product development lifecycles and identify bottlenecks
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
• Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and speed to market
• Utilizing programming languages such as C#.NET, C++, and Python to develop and maintain software solutions
• Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance software development processes
• Debugging and testing software to validate functionality and performance
• Designing enterprise application architecture and integrating solutions to meet business requirements
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment

At least a Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
