Data Scientist, Senior-Level

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher), with confidence to communicate, present demos, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong technical leadership background, code quality mindset, and end-to-end product ownership.
• Solid Core Fundamentals: Strong background in mathematics, statistics, Python, SQL, and data science fundamentals.
• Hands-on ML & Distributed Pipelines: Proven experience building, deploying, and monitoring end-to-end Machine Learning products in production, with practical expertise in distributed environments (PySpark) and MLOps (model drift, versioning, automated retrain pipelines).
• Generative AI & Agentic Systems (Key Advantage): Practical exposure or strong architectural knowledge in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, crewAI).
• Business Context & Data Governance: Ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs, assisting with backlog refinement, data quality, and data stewardship in regulated enterprise environments.
• Technical Advisory & Mentorship: Ability to act as a technical reference for clients while mentoring junior team members through code reviews, standard definitions, and engineering best practices.
