$110,000-$150,000 base + annual bonus Are you the person others call when a building automation system needs to work smarter? My client is growing its Charlotte area team and looking for a DDC Systems Programmer who enjoys the technical challenge of making complex buildings run well. You’ll work with commercial HVAC controls systems that support scheduling, optimization, trending, energy analytics, central plants, and remote monitoring. This is a hybrid role with meaningful ownership of your work, a small local team, and room to help shape the branch as it grows. What you’ll do Program, configure, test, and support DDC and building automation systems. Develop operator graphics, sequences, trends, alarms, schedules, and system integrations. Work with BACnet devices and troubleshoot communication or control issues. Collaborate with technicians, sales teammates, and customers from project planning through startup and handoff. Help customers get reliable performance and useful information from their building systems. Share your expertise as the Charlotte team expands. What you bring Hands-on commercial HVAC controls programming experience and a strong understanding of how building systems operate. Tridium experience is preferred , and candidates with Schneider EBO experience are encouraged to apply. BACnet knowledge, graphics development, sound troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage your work independently are important. What’s in it for you A $110,000-$150,000 base salary plus an annual bonus , a hybrid work arrangement, and the opportunity to join a growing branch early. Most work is local, with occasional travel as projects require. A company vehicle and gas card are provided.
