Digital Construction Manager

Working across multiple projects, you will lead the implementation of digital construction processes from tender stage through to project handover. You’ll work closely with operational, design and commercial teams to improve collaboration, streamline project delivery and promote digital innovation across the business., * Leading digital construction delivery across several projects.

• Implementing and managing BIM processes in line with ISO 19650.
• Developing project-specific digital execution plans and information management strategies.
• Coordinating 3D model reviews and supporting multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Providing guidance and training to project teams on digital tools and best practice.
• Supporting the rollout of new digital technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring high-quality digital information is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of BIM and digital construction who enjoys working collaboratively across project teams.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum HND in a relevant subject
• Proven experience managing projects in a Design, Digital or BIM related role
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus.
• Experience using digital coordination and model review software.
• Experience with platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build), Solibri, CostX, Synchro, Twinmotion or Lumion would be advantageous.
