We are seeking a talented Bakery Specialist to be responsible for providing client and customer bakery training and retail support and training in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with In-Store and Sales Operations personnel., * Manage client and customer support in assigned territory by conducting store visits.

• Conduct in-store bakery training in the assigned market area.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 Years of experience in baking experience in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake and/or cake decorating
• Advanced cake decorating skills with the ability to create unique and on-trend cake designs
• Advanced to master baking skills with the ability to work with mix and doughs
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Creative problem solving and project management skills; Excellent critical thinking and analytical ability, The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in baking experience in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake and/or cake decorating

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Advanced cake decorating skills with the ability to create unique and on trend cake designs
• Advanced to master baking skills with the ability to work with mix and doughs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; proficiency in smart phone usage to include email
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently

• Travel as appropriate, Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
