Job description

  • Inbetriebnahme - Zuständig für die Installation/ RollOut neuer Endgeräte in das bestehende Kundennetz
  • Consulting - Technologische Beratung und Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Problemlösung - Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenfragen und komplexen Problemstellungen
  • Support - Umfassender Support auf First, Second & Third-Level

Requirements

  • Hintergrund - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung
  • Skills - Sicherer Umgang mit Windows und Linux, Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Softskills - Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sprachen - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
