You will manage third-party suppliers, enforce ITIL-aligned processes, and ensure high availability of online services. You’ll shape and execute the 3-5 year IT roadmaps, driving stable service delivery across multi-channel retail operations. Significant experience managing IT infrastructure in a fast-changing, multi-channel retail business
