Database Administrator

We are seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to join our multi-million dollar, national intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team. As a contributor to the intelligence community’s first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC. As a Database Administrator, you will oversee and influence Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) in infrastructure management and maintenance.

• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
• Leveraging cloud agnostic database services
• Leveraging cloud solutions such as Relational, Document, and Key Value databases
• Leveraging attributes of SQL and Non-SQL databases
• Cloud infrastructure data migration
• Knowledge of database administrative activities associated with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), IBM Cloud, and/or Oracle Cloud
• Knowledge of containers and microservices
• Knowledge of cloud automation services

Desired:

• Experience with three (3) or more of the following tools:
• AWS RDS
• Oracle DB
• Google DB
• Postgres
• Elastisearch
• Azure SQL
• IBM DB

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
