Job description

The Sage X3 Developer will play a critical role in the development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of our Sage X3 ERP system. This role partners closely with business users, analysts, and leadership to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions., * Develop and customize Sage X3 modules, workflows, and reports

Design and implement custom objects, screens, and processes using Sage X3 native tools (4GL, X3 Script)
Create and maintain integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and data exchanges
Develop and optimize Crystal Reports, inquiries, and dashboards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Sage X3 environment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Support system upgrades, patches, and version migrations
Maintain technical documentation and development standards
Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), * Sage X3 Development Tools
SQL and query optimization
Crystal Reports or similar reporting platforms
REST / SOAP web services
Version control systems (Git, SVN)
Data migration and ETL processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on Sage X3 development experience
Proficiency with Sage X3 development languages (4GL, X3 Script)
Strong understanding of Sage X3 architecture and data dictionary
Experience with SQL (SQL Server preferred)
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration technologies
Understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales), * Sage X3 Certification
Experience with Sage X3 Version 12+
Additional programming experience (JavaScript, .NET, Python)
Experience with BI/reporting tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
