SC Cleared DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer

You will be involved in:

• Building and maintaining secure Windows and Linux environments
• Applying software, configuration and security updates
• Supporting configuration and provisioning of devices
• Building and maintaining Docker environments
• Developing automation and Infrastructure as Code
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues
• Supporting secure and restricted environments
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

• Active UK SC clearance - essential
• Strong hands-on Windows and Linux infrastructure experience
• Strong PowerShell and/or Bash scripting
• Experience with Ansible or similar Infrastructure as Code/configuration management
• Hands-on Docker experience, including image builds and container deployment
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and firewalls
• Experience with system configuration, patching and troubleshooting
• Experience working with Group Policy/Windows configuration
• Strong understanding of cyber security and secure infrastructure
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues using logs and technical diagnostics
• Experience producing clear technical documentation

• Offline, air-gapped or restricted environments
• Secure/defence infrastructure
• Windows/Linux golden images
• SCCM, MDT or similar deployment technologies
• Windows Registry and security configuration
• Automating software installation and device configuration

• Infrastructure as Code for Windows and Linux platforms
