OverviewIn this role you will enhance and support TD SYNNEXs global SAP landscape, focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and enable strategic transformations.You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the full solution lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and support, while exploring AI-driven capabilities within SAP.This position combines deep SAP SD expertise with business partnering to deliver meaningful process improvements and system optimizations.You will contribute to TD SYNNEXs digital transformation and innovation agenda, shaping scalable, value-driven solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficioshybrid workcomprehensive benefits including health insuranceretirement planspaid leavecareer progression opportunitiesGreat Place to Work certificationResponsabilidadesLead SAP SD implementation across all project phases (analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare).Provide ongoing support for SAP template functionality and system stability.Deliver enhancements, process improvements and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.Analyze code to accelerate development and troubleshooting.Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical specifications.Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions to drive efficiency.Support continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process.Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology).Act as SME in key functional areas and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and external consultants.Contribute to global projects and best-practice sharing across regions.Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within SAP SD processes and implement AI-driven use cases.Contribute to the digital transformation strategy with innovative tech solutions.Requisitos principales5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD consultant or similar ERP role.Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD solutions.Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP integration.Experience with SAP ECC 6.7; S/4HANA exposure is a plus.Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ability to collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment.Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization in ERP is advantageous.Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.collaboration in cross-functional teamseffective stakeholder communicationknowledge sharing and mentoringSAP SD (Sales & Distribution) configurationSAP ECC 6.7Order-to-Cash process optimization
