We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Sofia for the Norwegian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, high-quality technical support for users of Fitbit products in the Norwegian language.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and optimizing their fitness tracking devices and wellness applications.
• Promote the core values of the Fitness & Wellness industry by educating users on healthy habits and device integration.
• Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
