Connectivity Platform Team Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you lead and grow a team responsible for secure, scalable connectivity services across on-premises and hybrid cloud.You’ll partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Platform Engineering to boost platform availability, security, automation and operational excellence.The position blends technical depth with people leadership to deliver practical, high-impact connectivity solutions.This opportunity lets you shape how enterprise connectivity supports digital transformation and business performance.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead and develop a team of connectivity platform engineers, setting priorities and supporting growth * Oversee engineering, operation, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of connectivity services across on-premises and hybrid cloud * Ensure platform availability, resilience, security, performance, disaster recovery readiness and incident response * Drive modernization, standardization, automation and IaC practices using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar * Support CI/CD pipelines, scripting and automation to improve efficiency and reliability * Collaborate with cybersecurity for governance, identity management, vulnerability remediation and compliance * Partner with application teams, enterprise architects, vendors and technology partners to align services with business needs * Monitor connectivity consumption, budgeting and capacity forecasting, and identify cost optimization opportunities Responsabilidades * Experience in enterprise networking, connectivity services, cloud connectivity, network security and platform automation * Experience leading or coordinating technical teams with coaching, prioritization and stakeholder communication * Comfort working across hybrid cloud and enterprise environments * Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Cisco networking, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git and Azure DevOps or comparable tools * Clear communication of complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences * Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field is helpful; equivalent practical experience valued Requisitos principales *
