• Design elevated and brand-right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives
• Source images in support of online creative
• Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met
• Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork
• Partner with cross functional teams to provide creative solutions to react to shifting business needs
• Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process

• Sophisticated sense of design/style
• Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Passionate and active on social platforms (specifically Instagram and Snapchat)
• Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
• Working understanding of Web best practices
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
• Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
• Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
• Ability to manage projects from initial design through to final delivery
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills required
• Awareness of brand landscape, understanding of our demographic and market
• Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards a plus

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
• Animation knowledge required
• Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills
• 4-5 years digital design experience
• Retail/fashion design experience a plus

Essential Functions:

• Ability to use a Mac
• Must have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly - Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Must have Figma experience
