The role is responsible for leading the Living Showroom business unit through operational excellence, revenue growth, team development, and weekly performance accountability.

What You’ll Do

As the Home Access Service Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the showroom while inspiring both your team and your community.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create a positive, energetic workplace culture
  • Hold weekly team meetings
  • Develop employees through training and accountability
  • Lead by example while living our Core Values

Business Growth

  • Drive monthly and annual sales goals
  • Increase showroom traffic and community awareness
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and referral partners
  • Host educational events and product demonstrations

Customer Experience

Operations

You’ll oversee:

  • Daily showroom operations
  • Facility appearance
  • Operational excellence
  • Team scheduling

Financial Performance

You’ll own the business by tracking:

  • Revenue
  • Gross Profit
  • Sales conversion
  • Weekly scorecards
  • Performance metrics
  • Business growth opportunities

Experience in accessibility products, healthcare, home modifications, retail leadership, or customer experience management is helpful, but we value leadership potential and a willingness to learn just as much.

Requirements

  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience coaching or developing employees
  • Sales or business development experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license, High School Diploma/Equivalency
