Security Software Engineer

Are you a Software Engineer with a strong interest in security, cryptography, and cloud-native technologies?In this role, you will help design and build a highly secure Key Management Service (KMS) for an international client.You’ll work on everything from secure key generation and lifecycle management to cryptographic operations and scalable APIs.Contract: permanent, remote from Spain, direct with the companySalary range: *****kWhat you bringStrong background in Software Engineering, Cryptography, and Cloud SecurityHands-on experience with Golang (must have)Familiar with AES-GCM, RSA-OAEP, ECDSA, key wrapping, and secure transportHands-on experience with Kubernetes would be considered a plusWhat you will doDesign and develop a Key Management Service (KMS)Implement secure key generation, lifecycle management, and key rotationCreate REST APIs for Key Rings, external key import, and signing/verificationEnsure compliance with cryptographic standards (AES, RSA, ECDSA, HMAC)Develop Kubernetes operators to automate KMS and Secrets Manager lifecycle (no prior experience is required, we’re looking for a genuine interest in Kubernetes and a willingness to learn)
