Ioon busca un Change Manager para apoyar la implementación internacional de Coupa P2P en Colombia, México y Argentina, coordinando la adopción por parte de las áreas de negocio.Definirá la estrategia y plan de Change Management, coordinará comunicaciones, trainings y reporting, y gestionará resistencias y stakeholders a nivel local y ejecutivo.Se valorará experiencia en P2P y conocimiento de Coupa, SAP o PeopleSoft, en un entorno internacional.#J-*****-Ljbffr
