Job description

SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, SAP HCM and S/4HANA HCM to join a UK brand on a remote contract.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Core Payroll, ECP, SAP ECC and S/4HANA HCM.
Good knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management and Personnel Administration (PA-PA).
Experience across multiple SAP HCM project lifecycles and Live Support environments.
Strong UK and Canadian Payroll experience, including end-to-end and year-end processing.
Knowledge of UK & Canadian payroll legislation, taxation, statutory payments and compliance.
Strong understanding of Canadian federal and provincial tax requirements.
Expert knowledge of Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
Experience with third-party payroll interfaces/integrations.
Broader awareness of ABAP, Workflow, BASIS, Security and SAP integrations.
Ability to work independently and provide effective functional solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
